The firm has an excellent team led by the partners of the firm. The team is led by Christopher N. Rosana (Managing Partner), and Cynthia N. Gakahu (Senior Partner).
Managing Partner
Christopher has extensive experience in commercial law and litigation. He represents clients in various courts and tribunals, and advises various corporations on compliance, and legal structures.
Senior Partner
Cynthia has a strong background in banking and finance law. She advises clients on legal risk management and helps them to structure their transactions in an effective and proper manner. She has also represented various clients in commercial law cases and trained a number of corporations in legal risk management.
She has previously worked as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Verizon Consult Ltd where she reviewed various policies and procedures. She has also worked at Absa Bank Kenya PLC, Nairobi as part of its legal recovery and compliance team.
